Strides for Strength 5k

Join us for the Strides for Strength 5k, an inspiring event hosted by Seize the Day with Hudson, NFP! This 5K race is more than just a run; it’s a heartfelt celebration of community, strength, and purpose. Together, we’ll take strides to raise awareness, promote education, and empower those in the rare disease community. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or a passionate walker, this event is for everyone. With every move, you’re helping to spark understanding, honor caregivers, and promote inclusion for individuals and families affected by rare conditions. Race Day Information:

Check-In & Race Day Registration:

• Open from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM at Homecoming Park Pavilion

Starting Line:

Entry Fee:

• $25 (includes a t-shirt)
• Please note: to be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register by June 20!

Event Guidelines:

• Pets and bicycles are not allowed during the event.
• If the race is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we deeply appreciate your kindness for your donation!
• Parking: Main Street Parking & Saint Patrick's Catholic Church Parking Lot

Awards Ceremony To Follow:

• Trophies will be awarded to the Top Male and Female Race Finishers AND Top Male and Female Sheffield Resident Finishers
• Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd Place Finishers in the following age groups:
  10 & under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+
