We’ll go over important race-day details so parents and athletes know exactly what to expect. Topics include:
- Race-day schedule and parking information
- Transition area setup
- Course overview and safety rules
- Athlete check-in, body marking, and timing chip
- What to bring and how to prepare
- Volunteer roles and spectator tips
Why Attend?
Attending the Parent Meeting helps ensure race morning runs smoothly and your athlete feels confident and prepared. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions and meet other families participating in the event.
