Tuesday/Thursday Track Workout — Perry Field House

Tuesdays and Thursdays we split the groups, and you will meet one of the days at the Perry Field House on the Bowling Green State University campus. Here we will get you out of the Ohio winter for a little track/speed work. 

Practice Times

In an effort to provide everyone with more space for safety reasons, the pace groups will stagger their start times on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Half of the pace groups will start their workout at 6:00 PM; the other half will start at 6:30.  Each subsequent week we will switch so that it is fair to everyone.

Open Pace/Low Mileage/Half Marathon Beginner

There is a locker room with showers located inside Perry Field House. These are available for daily use when you are there but no long-term storage of personal belongings is available.
