We are always paying close attention to the weather. We are not able to predict changes to the race until race morning. On race morning, we will make decisions as early as we can and notify athletes and volunteers by email and through our event pages. Our goal is to provide a safe opportunity for everyone. If there is thunder and lightning, the race will be delayed and you will be asked to wait in your cars, or under appropriate cover. If it is raining, we plan to continue with the event and will make modifications as needed. We will provide any updates at the earliest possible time. Please do not contact us on race morning. We will be very busy planning and setting up the race course. We will be unable to return emails or phone calls. You can help us by being flexible.
