St. Dot's Treasure Run: Ruby Run (5K), Sapphire Stroll (1 Mile), and Gold Rush (100 Yard Dash)

We are so excited that you’ll be joining us for the St. Dot’s Treasure Run! Please read on for important race-day information.

Packet & T-Shirt Pickup

Race bibs (for 5K participants) and t-shirts (for all who received a t-shirt during registration or purchased additional t-shirts) can be picked up in the St. Dot’s Gym (1225 Burmont Rd., Drexel Hill, PA) at the following times:

• Friday, October 10, 7:00-9:00 PM

• Saturday, October 11, 7:30-9:00 AM

Please note that only 5K runners are required to wear a bib during the race in order to receive an official time. Optional bibs are available for Sapphire Stroll and Gold Rush participants.

Race-Day Parking

Please note that parking in the St. Dot’s lot will be limited and only the Township Line Road entrance will be open until the conclusion of the Treasure Run for the safety of all our participants. You may find it easier to park in the nearby neighborhood (the walk will make a great warm-up for your event!)

Race-Day Registration

Online registration will remain open until 9am on the morning of the race, and walk-up registration is available. Registration for the Ruby Run 5K is $25; $30 on the day of the race. Registration for the Sapphire Stroll 1-Mile walk is $15. Registration for the Gold Rush 100-Yard Dash is $10.

Event Start Times and Locations

The Gold Rush 100-Yard Dash will take place entirely in the St. Dot’s parking lot. The Ruby Run 5K and Sapphire Stroll 1-Mile Walk will take place in the neighborhoods adjoining St. Dot’s (see course maps below). Thank you to the Upper Darby Police Department and Department of Recreation for ensuring course safety. Course marshals will direct runners throughout the course.

Gold Rush 100 Yard Dash (ages 6 and under only; every participant gets a prize!)

• Start time: 9:10am

• Location: St. Dorothy Parking Lot (near Gym entrance)

Ruby Run 5K

• Start Time: 9:30am

• Starting Location: Burmont Rd. in front of St. Dorothy School

Please note that there will be one water stop at approximately halfway through the 5K course.

Sapphire Stroll 1-Mile Walk

• Start Time: 9:30am immediately following 5K start

• Starting Location: Burmont Rd. in front of St. Dorothy School

Restrooms

Treasure Run participants will be able to use the restrooms located inside St. Dorothy School. Please enter through the gym and follow signs to the restrooms.

Awards Ceremony

• Start Time: 10:30am

• Location: St. Dorothy Parking Lot

Awards will be given to top 3 male and female 5K finishers overall; top three male and female finishers in each age group (14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & over), and top male and female alumni finishers.

Post-Race Activities and Refreshments

All participants will have access to complimentary water and refreshments after their event! Additionally, participants and spectators are invited to:

• Enjoy a hands-on showcase of an Upper Darby Fire Department truck and equipment (beginning at 10am)!

• Participate in fun treasure hunt-themed activities!

• Cool off with shaved ice from the Kona Ice Truck (10-11:30am)!

• Purchase coffee, lemonade, and apple cider drinks from the Lemonade Squad!

• Treat yourself to homemade baked goods!

• Get your raffle tickets in the St. Dot’s gym!
