Yes, you can transfer your race bib number to another person. Please note that all transfers must be completed two days before race day.

Yes, someone can pick up your race packet on your behalf.
The race begins at Vulcan Park near the Walgreens located at Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard South and 21st Avenue South. From there, the certified USA Track and Field point-to-point course winds through peaceful residential neighborhoods and concludes near Liberty Park at VCA Hospital.
Parking
Finish Line Area: Parking is available in the lot across the street from VCA Liberty Animal Hospital.
Important: Please do not park in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot, as it is reserved for their customers while they are open for business.
Note: There is no parking available at the starting line.
Race day parking is complimentary and located Only at the Finish Line area.
Portable Restrooms will be conveniently located at both the Start Line and Finish Line.
Gear Check: We offer convenient gear check services at the starting line. Your checked gear will be securely transported to the finish line for easy pickup after the race.
Water Stop Locations
Hydration stations will be available at the following points along the course:
- Start Line
- Approximately Mile 3
- Approximately Mile 6
- Finish Line
Starting at 8am, the finish line will remain open for 2 hours.
Register early to receive a gender-specific race shirt, custom-designed for this event. Register by March 21st to guarantee your shirt.
Finishers will receive a Finisher Medal
We encourage you to experience the race without personal music devices. Running headphone-free lets you connect with fellow runners, enjoy the energy of our volunteers and spectators, and stay alert to race personnel and course directions. Your safety and the safety of all participants is our top priority, and being fully present helps us create a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.
Running without registration is not permitted in the 15K. Please be sure to register for the BTC Statue to Statue 15K so that you can enjoy all that the race has to offer. Everyone in the 15K will need to wear their Bib Number that shows you are a registered participant.
The BTC Statue to Statue 15K will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Birmingham Track Club (5013c).
Arrive Early! Parking is limited at several lots near the Finish Line, with a 20-minute shuttle bus ride to the Start Line. We strongly encourage carpooling to make the most of available spaces.
Professional race day photography and videography will be provided by the Birmingham Track Club in partnership with Reel Weel Media.
Dogs are allowed on the course. However, we do not encourage you to run with your dog as this is a 15K (9.3 mile) course.
