My Very Own Bed kicks off its third-annual Steps for Sleep the week of April 22-29, as we seek to share information about the importance of sleep and other strategies for our collective health and wellbeing. This year's walk and wellness fundraising event again promotes the connection between physical activity, sleep, stress levels, and how well we perform in school and work.  Physical activity, something as simple as a walk, can reduce stress levels and increase your ability to sleep.

Whether you register to join us at DeLaSalle or walk with us from anywhere any time that week, this event also helps raise funds for our work delivering new beds and Dream Kits to kids throughout the Twin Cities metro.

If you come to DeLaSalle, you can also explore our Wellness Fair to learn about how yoga, essential oils, acts of kindness, and more can improve your sleep and overall health.
