Healthy Weight of America, Inc. Big Dam Bridge 5k Fun Run/Walk

Let's keep it moving and roll on over to the river!

This race is specifically for those want to stay active, challenge themselves to be healthy & strong and take a stand against body shaming.

The race will not be timed which means participants will have 3 hours from start to finish to complete the race.

Certificates of Achievement will be awarded to all participants. Goodie bags will be given to those who register by July 15. 

Healthy Weight of America, Inc. strive diligently to motivate and encourage people to be active by running, jogging or moderately walking without being stuck inside their home gym, on a treadmill or at the fitness center. Our motus operandi is keeping you active which is why we will frequently host 5K, 10K, half runs, full runs & marathons, just to name a few of our activities! For those who want to achieve a weight comparable with good health check this out: It's a fact that not everyone will be a size 0 but with effort and determination, anyone can reside at a healthy overall weight.

Sadly, most health problems are linked to OBESITY but with consistent activity like running, jogging, moderate walking, good eating habits and regular doctor visits you can achieve a Healthy Weight.

When you join this challenge not only will you get some much needed physical activity and great cardio, you will also breath in the freshness & beauty of the Natural State, meet new people and form long lasting relationships that will inspire you to continue to be active.
