This year, we're excited to introduce Team Gates in Terminal Bee! Team Gates are reserved gathering spaces where registered teams can connect, celebrate, and enjoy the race-day experience together.

Whether you're cheering on teammates before the race, celebrating after crossing the finish line, or simply creating a home base for your group, Team Gates are designed to enhance team camaraderie and make race day even more memorable.

Each Team Gate includes:

Reserved team space
Option to bring your own tent or rent one through the event
Opportunity to display your team name and show your team spirit
Convenient location within Terminal Bee

Team Gate Guidelines:

Team Gates (tent spaces) are intended as gathering spaces for registered teams (Run clubs, schools, groups, etc.). Teams are welcome to display their team name and decorate their space to celebrate their participation and encourage teammates.

To preserve the value of our event sponsorships, Team Gates may not be used for commercial or organizational promotion, marketing, advertising, sales, product sampling, solicitation, or distribution of promotional materials.

Organizations wishing to promote their brand, products, or services through signage, activations, giveaways, or other marketing opportunities are encouraged to participate as an official event sponsor, which includes exclusive promotional benefits within Terminal Bee.
