Description
The 7th Annual Rally For Ron 5K will be returning to the Russell Commons Park in Alton, IL. This race is fun for all ages and fitness levels.
The course is run on the mostly flat Confluence Trail atop the levee next to the Mississippi River. With the exception of a small hill at the start/finish line the course is flat and open so if you're looking for a personal record then this is a perfect race for you!
All 5k participants will receive a Finisher Medal, goody bag, t-shirt**!! Register by August 23 to be guaranteed a shirt.

Awards & Prizes
The overall male & female, along with the top 3 finishers (male & female) in each age group will receive trophies & medals
- 12 & Under
- 13-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
If you will be participating with 3 or more friends (at least 4 people total) then you are eligible to sign up as a team. Registering as a team does not exclude you from winning overall or age group awards. The team category is merely a fun bonus!
Packet Pick Up
Early packet pick up will be at Kohl's Department Store (1770 Homer Adams Pkwy, Alton, IL) on September 7 from noon-3pm.
Race day pick up will begin at 7am.
Get a Refund By Referring Friends
Running with friends? Create a team of 4 or more and be eligible to win additional prizes. Team prizes are just for fun and will not prevent you from winning overall or division awards.
Refer 5 or more participants and get a refund of up to $5.00.
