1 Night On-Site Camping — $25.00 ea.

• On-site tent and vehicle camping will be available Friday and Saturday nights, July 24-25, 2026. Tent camping will be on the baseball field and vehicle camping will be available in the parking lot (for vehicles such as sprinter vans that take up one spot), or in the surrounding gravel and grass lots (for large vehicles such as RVs and trailers).  Located just yards from the Dust Bowl 100 party tent and the start/finish line, these camping spots will eliminate the race morning commute; you'll wake up right where you need to be! 
• Campers will have overnight access to the baseball field restrooms (with running water), and porta potties will also be on-site for use. Shower facilities will be available after the race on Saturday from 11:00am to 6:00pm (additional $5 fee supporting the Eminence Athletic Department). There is no electrical hookup access.
• In case of incliment weather, campers will have access to sleep in the gym if needed.
• Camping spots open at 2:00pm on Friday, July 24. Additional check-in details will be provided to campers as we get closer to the race. 
• All proceeds will go back to Eminence Community Schools. Camping spots are limited, so make sure to reserve yours today.

Meal Ticket - FRIDAY Night Lasagna Dinner — $10.00 ea.

• Putnam County favorite Almost Home Restaurant & Bar will be catering a lasagna dinner on Friday night. Cost is $10/person.
• Your meal will include an entree (traditional lasagna or vegetable lasagna), plus garden or caesar salad, breadsticks, drinks, and dessert.

Shower Access Pre-Pay — $5.00 ea.

• For $5, shower/locker room facilities at the school will be available after the race from 11:00am to 6:00pm.  
• This $5 fee goes directly to the Eminence Athletic Department.

• This is a pre-pay option, but you can also pay in person on race day if you prefer

Shipping — $15.00

• If you select this option we will ship merchandise to you as soon as ALL items from your order are available (most of the hats and socks are currently in production so orders containing those items will not ship until they are available).
• The only items we will not ship are the extra 2026 event t-shirt; those will not be printed until right before the race and will be given out at packet pickup.
