Hatchery Creek Trout Trot 5K

Calling all runners! April 13 is set for our 3rd Annual Trout Trot 5K trail run. Early registration (before March 28) is $20, late registration is $25; kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult. Race day registration 8 – 8:45 a.m. CST. The race will begin at 9 am CST at Wolf Creek NFH. All Pre-registered, paid participants will receive an official “wicking” race day t-shirt.  Kids that are free will not receive a free t-shirt.  Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $10 for participants and $15 non participants. If you require additional t-shirts please contact the coordinator at moria_painter@fws.gov Awards categories will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, male & female in each age group 12 & under, 13 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59 & 60 and over; special trout medallions will be awarded. The course will meander along Hatchery Creek and the Cumberland River; primarily off road, some hills, may cross water, easy to moderate terrain. Proceeds from the race will go to sponsor Friends of Wolf Creek NFH – School Field Trip Scholarship.
