2026 Froggy Hollow Training

We are excited to offer training for our 2026 Froggy Hollow Race at two of our CCR locations this fall: Columbia, Frederick and Timonium.

If you are running our Froggy Hollow race (December 5th, 2026), you will not want to miss out on these training groups! Our trail coaches are excited to prepare you for the race and all you need to know about trail running.

You will meet twice a week for coach led supported group runs with your fellow runners. Weekday runs last about an hour and typically incorporate speed training, tempo workouts and hill work. Weekend runs explore the trails and can last longer depending on where you are in your training plan. You will receive a weekly training plan  complete with running education on topics including hydration and injury prevention, and more.

Fall Froggy Training locations and start dates are:

Columbia: Starts 10/28/26

Frederick: Starts 10/25/26

Timonium: Started 10/3/26 (not too late to join)
