Tribute Yard Signs — $100.00 ea.

We are introducing Tribute Yard Signs, allowing you to recognize someone special in a lasting and visible way. The Paula Takacs Foundation will create a personalized tribute sign that will be displayed along the Sarcoma Stomp course.

How it works:
Purchase a Sign: $100 per sign
Personalized Tribute: Each sign includes a photo and message
Display: Along the Sarcoma Stomp course on April 11
Keepsake: Take your sign home after the event

Who can be honored: Survivors | Someone currently fighting | Caregivers | Healthcare heroes | Loved ones remembered

Open Tent Area — $0.00

Teams with less than 15 participants can set up in our open tent area. You may rent a tent from us (details below). Please indicate Quantity 1 so we know you plan on setting up in the open tent area.

For seating, we recommend letting your team members know to bring their own camping chairs for use under the tent.

All tent areas must be set up no later than 7:00 AM!

Reserved Tent Space — $0.00 ea.

Teams with 15+ participants will qualify for a reserved tent space. Teams must provide their own tent and table, or rent one from us, and will receive 1 VIP Parking Space.

Teams with 30+ participants who have not met the fundraising requirement can still reserve 2 tent spaces. Please note: you are responsible for providing your own tents and tables or can rent them from us (details below). Please indicate how many spaces you'd like to reserve in the quantity!

For seating, we recommend letting your team members know to bring their own camping chairs for use under the tent.

10x10 Tent Space: PRIORITY — $0.00 ea.

Teams with 15+ members and $2,500+ raised (or sponsorship) will receive priority tent space, with a tent and table provided by us, plus 2 VIP Parking Spaces. If you meet the requirements for a tent and table, please select Quantity 1.

Teams with 30+ members and $5,000+ fundraised will receive two tents and one table provided by us! If you meet the requirements for two tents and one tables, please select Quantity 2.

For seating, we recommend letting your team members know to bring their own camping chairs for use under the tent.

All tent areas must be set up no later that 7:00 AM!

Team 10x10 Tent Rental — $25.00

Teams have the option to rent a tent from us for race day. Tent weights will come with your rental that MUST be used on race day. Please note that these tents are rented from Charlotte Toolbank, and teams will be responsible for any damages or associated costs. Teams with 30+ participants may rent up to two tents.
