2020 Race Status
With heavy hearts and much consideration, we are cancelling the Hosford Husky Hustle 5K Fun Run/Walk for 2020. We do not feel that we can offer an official “virtual run,” however we encourage everyone in the community to still get out there and do their own Husky Hustle run or walk if they are able using all the current social and physical distancing guidelines.
Currently all Hosford PTSA funds have been directed to the Hosford Resiliency Fund (see below for information). If you do not request a refund, your registration fees will go into this fund to support our community during this difficult time.
"In response to the current health crisis and in order to best support our school community, the Hosford PTSA has created the Hosford Resiliency Fund (HRF). By unanimous board vote, the PTSA is reallocating funds from previously scheduled Spring 2020 activities to the HRF to be used at the Principal’s discretion. Currently the school is focused on supporting Hosford families in economic need and the HRF can help with those efforts. Past and ongoing contributions from the Hosford community make this possible – thank you for making a difference!"

Description
5K Community Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser for Hosford Middle School brought to you by the Hosford PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) and Shu Ren, the Mandarin Immersion Support Program.
Begins and ends at HMS, circles around the beautiful Ladds Addition Rose Gardens. All proceeds to be split 25/75 between Shu Ren/HMS PTSA.
Early Registration (ends 3/31/20): Adults- $25.00, Kids (18 & under)- $15.00, Family of 4- $75.00 (discounts applied at registration checkout).
Late On-line Registration (ends 5/2/20): Adults - $30.00, Kids (18 & under)- $20.00, Family of 4- $90.00 (discounts applied at registration).
Day of race, in-person, registrations (5/3/20): $35.00 Adults, $20 (kids 18 & under)

HHH 5K Fun Run/Walk Course
Course starts at HMS and circles around the beautiful Ladds Addition Rose Gardens. Please note that the run will take place on the sidewalks.
Weather-Water-Dogs & More
Weather: We will plan on a beautiful, sunny day - but this is P-Town and we are unafraid of RAIN, so bring it!!
Water: We will have a water stop or two depending on the amount released from the sky that day.
Dogs: Because we will have many little people participating in the event, we ask you leave your pup at home this go around.
Strollers: Strollers are very much welcome, but for safety reasons, we suggest starting the run at the back.
Refunds: Sorry - there are no refunds for this fundraising event.
Scholarships: Student scholarships are available. Please contact Sahjo Brown, sbrown3@pps.net for more information or to apply.
Safety First!
The run will take place on the sidewalks. Streets will be open to traffic (though minimal due to time & day). For this reason, we ask that you please "unplug" and leave your headphones & music off.
