Description

To our amazing friend Rodney Gilmer, health and fitness was a big part of his life and his job!  Rodney was not just a life saver while being a paramedic, he was a life saver as he was just as concerned about the wellness of his friends and family!  What a better way to celebrate Rodney’s birthday and his life than walking to running to improve our own health and wellness!
