5K and 1K participants will receive a Polar Run T-shirt, finisher medal, hot cocoa and donuts!

Polar Plunge participants will receive a Plunge T-shirt, hot cocoa and donuts!

Registrations for the 5K & 1M run also include registration for the PLUNGE! 

Participants registered for the 5K & 1K run will receive a RUN t-shirt. An additional plunge t-shirt can be purchased here.
