-Beginning swimmer freestyle technique builder and 1.2 mile program ($75) - This program is meant for athletes new, or newer, to swimming with the end goal of building a solid freestyle stroke while training to confidently and enthusiastically complete a 1.2 mile open water swim. 8 weeks of 3 to 4 freestyle based pool practices per week, starting around half an hour and building up to around an hour. Freestyle technique and stroke efficiency are a major focus of this program dedicating one practice per week to breaking down the freestyle stroke piece by piece. In addition to building a solid freestyle stroke, speed, endurance, and race preparation will build throughout the program. Practices average around 1500 yards.
-Experienced swimmer 1.2 and 2.4 mile program ($75) - This program is meant for athletes who have some swimming background with the end goal of confidently and enthusiastically racing a 1.2 or 2.4 mile open water swim. 8 weeks of 3 freestyle based pool practices per week, starting around half an hour per workout and building up to an hour. While the 1.2 and 2.4 mile swim programs are similar, there are differences to better prepare for each. Freestyle technique and stroke efficiency are a major focus of this program dedicating one practice per week to progressing technique throughout the program. In addition to building a solid freestyle stroke, speed, endurance, and race preparation will build throughout the program. 1.2 mile practices average around 2000 yards and 2.4 mile practices average above 2500 yards.
-Competitive swimmer 1.2 and 2.4 mile program ($75) - This program is meant for athletes who have a swimming background with the end goal of racing a solid 1.2 or 2.4 mile swim. 8 weeks of 3 freestyle based pool practices per week each around 45-60 minutes in length. While the 1.2 and 2.4 mile swim programs are similar, there are differences to better prepare for each. Speed, endurance, and race preparation will build throughout the program. 1.2 mile practices average around 2500 yards and 2.4 mile practices average around 3000 yards.
