Super 5 Sunday

 Bib Rules
    o Registered participants will receive a custom bib.
    o Wear the bib on the front of the t-shirt
    o Do not fold or roll bib and chip.
    o Do not transfer your bib or RFID to another person. 

 

Event Timing
    o We will use computerized chip timing for all races.
    o Participants must start at the scheduled time (not earlier, not later).
    o Results will be LIVE HERE.
    o Awards will be determined by chip time, not gun time.

 

Course Time Limits     
    o 1 mile: 30minute
    o 5k/5mile: 2hours 
    * After the time limit is up, our assigned volunteers will direct any participants still on the course to finish line.

 
Course Safety
    o For the enjoyment and safety of all participants and spectators, the race courses are restricted to registered and authorized personnel only. 
    o The following are not permitted:      
        - Bicycles 
        - Roller blades/skates
        - Scooters
        - Nor any other wheeled vehicle (exception, wheel chair participants) 

 
Spectator Guidelines
    o Spectators are more than welcome! 
    o Viewing Areas:   
        - Are allowed to enter the course via foot, but not run alongside athletes.  
        - Start/finish

Photography

o Spectators are welcome to take pictures then share via our Facebook page or directly to the registration page

o We will also have a photographers on course and at finish line which will be available post race in your detail results section

o Video finish will also be taken and found in your detail results section
