DOGS- While we are dog lovers ourselves we recognize that everyone does not share our love for furry friends. For the safety and comfort of all participants, we do ask that you keep Fido at home.
BIKES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES and ROLLER SKATES - For the safety of all of our participants we can not allow wheels on the course.
STROLLERS - Please be advised the Surf City Fitness Race for the Coast 5K is an out and back course with some very narrow sections. If you choose to run with a stroller we ask that you line up at the back and be mindful of other runners on the course.
