HOW TO LOG YOUR MILES
Track your time and distance for each activity using your favorite device/app and then log your miles on your Challenge Log Page.
TIPS AND TRICKS
- It’s best to log your distance daily or weekly. Obviously life gets busy and you may not be able to log right after your ride, but staying consistent will make it easier so you’re not entering in a lot of data at once. Plus seeing your progress will be more motivating! We recommend setting a daily or weekly alert to remind yourself.
- If you forget to log your activity the same day, it’s ok! You can log miles any time during the challenge timeframe (October 24 - November 2)
