Below, you will find full details for Sunday's event. Please make sure you read the entire email.
Race Day Schedule Check in starts 30 minutes prior to start time Ex: Race Time 6:30 Check in between 6am to 630am
Ages 13-14 Race start 6:30 am Ages 11-12 Race start 7:00 am Ages 6 and Under Race start 7:30 am Ages 7-8 Race start 8:00 am Ages 9-10 Race start 8:30 am
Transition area Parents are not allowed in the transition area except for the 6 and under kids. We have limited space for the number of bikes. Please follow the following protocol for a good transition experience.
NEW FOR 2025
Any parent that is transition while an event is happening (except for the 6 under) the competitor will get a 30 second penalty. Since our event is USAT Sanctioned, and we have to provide adequate results to USAT and follow certain rules.
Parents if you don't want for your child to get panelized, please do not be inside the transition area while an event is happening.
Again, do not go in transition area while a race is in progress.
We will have dedicated sections to allow the event to run and allow the next wave to set up their bikes,
PLEASE FOLLOW OUR SETUP.
Once your child is done with their event please remove the bike from transition, this is crucial to do otherwise there will not be enough space for other events to set up their bikes.
Overflow Bike station After your event is over, please move your bike to the overflow area to allow the
next event to setup their bikes.
Swim start assignments Participants will start one at time approximately every 15 seconds. Participants can begin to line up 10 minutes prior to their start time. If your kid needs any sort of swimming assistance, please communicate with a lifeguard at the pool.
Ages 6 and Under Parents we strongly suggest to bike and run with your kids during the event.
Parents
We understand you want to cheer, take photos and support your child, that is great,
but please be mindful of other participants
please do not be on the way, be outside the running paths etc.
please do not ruin the experience for other participants.
Safety All participants must wear a helmet for the bike. NO HELMET- NO RACE
Bathroom Bathrooms will be located inside the aquatic center.
Age Groups We have color assignments per age group. Your child's bib will match the color of arrows on the course for them to follow
Ages 11 to 14 must follow the GREEN ARROWS Ages 6 and under must follow the YELLOW ARROWS Ages 7 to 10 must follow the RED ARROWS
The bike portion of the event is run using the honor system.
If you child by error did not complete all loops, please let us know specially if they are the age group winners.
As parents you can help count their loops and let them know how
many they have complete and when they are done.

Ages 7-10. 2 Loops
Ages 11-14. 4 Loops
Parking Use S. Desert Ave to enter parking lot
Timing Chip Participants will get an ankle chip please return after finish. Chips not returned will be charged at $20.00 each.
Swag Each registered participant will get A finisher medal A Bib number A T-Shirt A shoe lace and toggle for bib number (Any t-shirt size exchanges will be done after 830am)
Age Group Awards Age Group awards will be given once all the participants of age group finish.
Please ensure your child's results are posted before the awards
