Description
The Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Empire will be hosting a Runnin' for a Young 'Un 5k at Steele Creek Park on Saturday, July 27. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m. Some soldiers from the U.S. Army will be there in uniform to join us for the race. Participants can race or run with a soldier! After the run, take a few minutes to cool down in the Splash Pad. Chick-fil-a will be there to provide post race chicken biscuits. Over-all, Masters and Age Group medals will be awarded.
Early registration ($25) is open until July 25 and guarantees a t-shirt. Late registration is $30, but will not guarantee shirt/sizes. Register online at https://werunevents.com.com Call 276-696-9920 for more information.
