Our Chattanooga Training Camp, held in Chattanooga, TN, from April 29th through May 1st, promises to make you stronger mentally and physically. This camp is brought to you by Malone Coaching. Head Coach Katie Malone is known for connecting with athletes and bringing out the best in them.
Assisting with the camp will be Lauren Kukis with Happy Pace Coaching. She will help make the camp fun and educational by providing a personalized experience and leading the yoga and strength sessions.
At camp, the secret you will learn is that being YOUR best isn’t just about hard workouts; it combines physical challenge, positive feedback, and mental stimulation. It is about growing as an athlete and a person simultaneously. At our camp, we allow you to focus on YOU. We have two coaches dedicated to making your experience everything you want it to be, and we will not leave anyone behind.
Our camp takes place in Chattanooga, TN, and will cover the 70.3 race course with the option for some extra miles on the bike on Saturday, so bring your climbing gears. We will break up into groups for the workouts to ensure that everyone gets what they need from this very personalized camp. Ideally, each athlete comes to camp able to ride 56 miles on the bike and run at least 10. All athletes will receive a goodie bag and t-shirt at the beginning of camp.
Our Base Camp will be at:
