After years of rain this weekend forscast is sunny,  So all of you that are waiting out the weather you can wait no more!! The forecast is 77 and sunny perfect day for a ride.

2026 COURSE Information

We know that 120K is less than 85 miles, but 137.7635K does not have the same ring to it nor does the 104.435K.  The course maps below are accurate.  Offical milage for the 120K is 85 and the 90K is 65.  We will change the name next year we promise.  We though the K would be a fun departure form the Hincapie 80, 50 format it was not our intent to cause confusion. 

A LETTER FROM JOE AND WEEKEND SCHEDULE

I cannot express how excited and grateful I am that you are embarking on this amazing experience with Pedal Productions.

After seven years of running a large part of the Gran Fondo Hincapie Chattanooga, when I learned they had decided not to return, I felt that letting the tradition of spring cycling in Chattanooga fade away was something I needed to step in and do something about. Thank you for having faith as we rebrand and grow this ride.

It is my heartfelt hope that we can grow Scenic City Cyclo into a festival that celebrates fitness and the culture we love about the Scenic City. This year, we have already started the process of transforming the ride into a more community-focused event, with a course that has more of the “3 State, 3 Mountain” feel.

Next year, we will have four course options based on a fun cocktail theme (since the 120K and 90K involve too much math), as we are in Bourbon and Beer Country. Our first addition is “Sprinter’s Delight,” aka “Avoid Suck Creek.” We will also have “The Old Fashioned” (the old 80-mile route with Lookout Mountain), “The IPA” (the old 50-mile route with Lookout Mountain), and “The Moonshine” (a brand-new, yet-to-be-announced 100-mile adventure).

About This Year

Friday, May 8

• Packet pickup will be open from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Saturday, May 9

• Packet pickup will open at 6:00 AM and continue until the ride start.
• A limited selection of breakfast items will be available, including coffee, bagels, and ride fuel provided by Pedal Productions and Queen Bee Treats.
• All rides will start at 7:30 AM.
• The Service Electric and Tennessee Brew Works festival will open at 11:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM. Featuring Chet Chasty Lane
• Your entry also includes a raffle ticket. Prizes will be awarded at 1:00 PM. (We even have a Mother’s Day-specific raffle for the moms!)
• The course officially closes at 5:00 PM. The only cutoff on the course is at the course split at 11:15 AM.

• This is a 100% rules-of-the-road ride.
• You must wear your bracelet to receive food or beverages.
