Description
The first annual Recovery Alive 5k/Walk will take place at the Cleveland City Greenway. All proceeds will go to help raise funds for the Recovery Alive Program at the South Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, TN
Recovery Alive is a program that is helping people find a safe place to do Recovery. That includes include addiction, grief, mental health, material issues, etc. Recovery Alive takes people through a Christ-Centered 12 Step Program that involves the Power, People and Process of Recovery. Every Thursday over 100 free meals are provided to anyone who choose to participate. They also learn the different aspects of the recovery process. People are connected to safe and supportive people as they walk out their recovery in a safe place.
This RA5K will take place on Sept, 10 2022 on the Cleveland Greenway. Registration will begin at 7:00 AM and Race will take place at 8:00 AM. Starting line and registration will take place at the Pavilion at the Greenway Park.
