Thanksgiving Day 5k + Cleveland Greenway Celebration Races

This year, Terra Running Company and the Cleveland Greenway have joined forces for a ONE TIME EVENT to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our beloved Cleveland Greenway! The Thanksgiving Day 5k will be combined with a Greenway Celebration 20k, 20k relay, and 2.0 mile fun run/walk in addition to the traditional 5k distance race! This is a once in a lifetime event you don't want to miss!

Participants will get a unique 20th Anniversary Cleveland Greenway Celebration t-shirt!

REGISTRATION

2 mile fun run/walk: $20 (untimed)

5k: $30

20k: $60

Registration will be LIMITED due to the parking capacity at Tinsley Park, so please register early! There will be no exceptions once registration caps are met! The 5k has filled up every year in the past, so please do not wait to register. Virtual options for the 2 mile, 5k, and 20k are available!

SCHEDULE

20k start: 7am, 5k start: 8am, 2 mile start: 8am

PARKING

Free parking is available at the baseball fields and pool at Tinsley Park, located at 4031 Keith St. NW Cleveland, TN 37323. Overflow parking will be available in the Food City and Logan’s Roadhouse parking lot across Keith St. with access under Keith Street on the Greenway. Please plan to arrive early and carpool as parking will fill.

PACKET PICKUP
Packet Pickup will take place at Terra Running Company in downtown Cleveland on Wednesday, November 24th from 11:00AM to 6:00PM or race morning at Tinsley Park starting at 6:30AM, but please plan to pick up packets Wednesday if at all possible. There will be NO race day registration. Virtual participants can have packets mailed to them upon request.

TIMING AND RESULTS
The race will be professionally chip timed using Chronotrack b-tags. Results will be available online immediately at TerraRunning.com and on Athlinks. 2 mile is untimed. 4 person 20k relay teams will get one finish time for the entire team.

FOOD DRIVE
Let’s share the love this Thanksgiving by collected nonperishable food items for the United Way of the Ocoee Region to distribute to organizations caring for our friends and neighbors. Bring food to packet pick up or race morning and be entered to win a free frozen turkey from Cooke’s Food Store!
