The Mule Kick 5K is a certified 3.1 mile course that starts and finishes at Riverwalk Park in Columbia, while the 1-Mile Trot is a fun run — or walk! — for all ages. The 2024 race will take place Saturday, April 6.
The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is proud to host this long-standing tradition that supports the Foundation’s mission of a healthier Maury County. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Foundation’s Wellness and Aquatics Center Healthy Living Endowment and to the Columbia Parks & Recreation Department. Plus, the school in Maury County with the most participation will receive a donation to their physical education program from the Foundation.
