Immanuel Strong Fund Run

Come join us at Montgomery Central High School for a day of fun and fitness. Lace up your running shoes and get ready to hit the pavement for a good cause. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a leisurely walk, this event is perfect for participants of all levels. The run will be one mile, either walk or run, with food trucks attending also!

Immanuel Gilmore is an 18-year-old senior at Montgomery Central High School in Clarksville, TN. On Saturday, February 16, 2025, his wrestling team participated in TSSAA Section 4 Class A sectionals to determine state qualifiers. Immanuel is a fourth-year wrestler, and during the match for 3rd place state qualifications, he was seriously injured. He was transported to Vanderbilt and underwent emergency surgery to place 2 pins in his broken neck.

At this time, Immanuel is receiving treatment and therapy at the Shepherd Center for spinal injuries in Atlanta. He is undergoing multiple sorts of therapy with the support of his family, as well as continuing his school work. He will need further therapy, in addition to other long term needs. Further, travel expenses for his parents and their vacation time off from work will continue for some time. Proceeds from this run will help continue to assist and uplift them!
