Billie's Birthday 5k & Fun Run

The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, in partnership with the Hohenwald/Lewis County Oktober Heritage Festival, invites you to participate in the 2nd annual Billie's Birthday 5K & Fun Run. Billie (the elephant) turns 52 this year! The race will wind through downtown Hohenwald. Come for the race, stay for the festival! Registration is $25 dollars until October 9th, then $30 for those registering on October 10th and 11th (the morning of race).

The Elephant Sanctuary is home to 13 Asian and African elephants, all retired from zoos and circuses. As a true Sanctuary, the elephant habitats are not open to the public.
