This is a 10 week training program is to help beginner runners complete their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably. Whether it's your first 10K, wanting to up your mileage, or looking to get faster, we're here to help you reach your goals! We offer a variety of run/walk programs for all levels, aimed to help you keep moving, stay motivated and have fun!
