Go the distance with Fleet Feet Sports! Our half marathon training program is designed to help you achieve your long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere, all while pushing you to become stronger and faster. To join the 12 week training program, you should currently be running 5-6 miles comfortably.
Get guaranteed entry to the Cades Cove Loop Lope race with your training registration! Located in the Smoky Mountains National Park, this 5k/11 Mile race is a great alternative goal race to the Farragut 13.1, or an excellent choice for a cool down if you choose to do Farragut as well. The Loop Lope sold out in less than an hour the last time the Friend of the Smokies organized it, but we've partnered with them to hold entries for Fleet Feet Knoxville Fall Training participants. When you sign up to train with us, we'll send you a special link to allow you sign up for the race, even if it's sold out online.
