Social Run with RunKNOX (formerly known as Sunflower Run)

***UPDATE*** Due to crop/field rotation, we won't have the fantastic views of any sunflowers this year. There may be a small field planted, but it doesn't appear to be blooming yet. BUT...we still need to run and South Knox is a great area to log those miles, so come out and run with us!

Join us for our 3rd Annual Social Run through the Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area. We'll start at 7 a.m. from the Quarry. You can park in either of the gravel lots near Mead's Quarry, or at Ijams. We'll offer both Greenway and Trail options for getting your mileage covered. All paces and abilities welcome. Feel free to bring something to share for a post run potluck brunch, but don't feel obligated. This event is FREE! Registration isn't necessary.
