SuperHero 5k and fun run/walk for Ainsley's Angels

Family friendly race. Costumes encouraged but not required. This is a relatively flat course starting at West High School  and running through the greenway toward Tyson Park, out and back. This is a fundraiser event to support Ainsley's Angels of East Tennessee.  An organization that supports athletes riders as well as the angels to help push them through the race!

Run Singlets (tank tops) available for preregistered participants and as available until they run out race day.

Day of Registration 6:30-7:45am Race starts 8:00am rain or shine

Prizes will be awarded starting 1-2nd grade, 3-4thgrade, 5-6th, 7-8th, 9-10th, 11-12th, 20-24yrs, 25-29, 30-34,35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69, 70-74, 75+: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall Male and Female, and new this year: Veterans and Civilian Service Category for military and emergency service workers, i.e. EMS, Fire patrol, police officers, and First responders, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
