Description
Brand new this winter, we are excited to introduce a 15K training program! For this program, you will be training with our Half Marathon/Marathon training group, but with a customized plan designed to help you reach your 15K goals. The 15K program is perfect for those with a Half Marathon on their bucket list, but need more miles under their belt before they take the plunge. It's also a great option for those looking to improve their mid-distance racing.
- Workouts: Tues at 6:00 PM and Sat at 7:00 AM starting the week of Dec 4 and ends Feb 10.
- Target Race: Your choice of the Hilton Head 8k on Sat Feb 10 and the Hot Chocolate 15k on Sat Feb 17
Participants Receive
- A complete Training Program and calendar with detailed workouts
- Weekly coach led training session with hydration provided
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
- E-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training and running related issues

Hilton Head Island 8k
The 2018 Hilton Head Island Marathon, Half Marathon, & 8K will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 8:00am from Jarvis Creek Park on Beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The Hilton Head Island Marathon & Half Marathon features a scenic certified course that takes participants through two parks and over the Broad Creek. LEARN MORE
Hot Chocolate 15K
