Solid Rock 10K/5K/1-Mile Fun Run

Cedar Bluff Baptist church will be hosting the Solid Rock 10K,5K,1-mile fun run on Saturday, March 12, 2022. All proceeds from this event will benefit Cedar Bluff Baptist Church building fund. 

Date of race: Saturday, March 12, 2022
Time: 10K and 5K will start at 7:45 AM; the 1-Mile Fun Run will begin after the 10K/5K starts. 
Place: Race begins and ends at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church (9215 Floyd Lane Knoxville, TN 37923)
Course:  10k: You will start out at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church, turn right onto Dutchtown Road, and then immediately left onto Cedar Bluff Road. You will run to Gulf Park and turn right into the neighborhood. You will go through Gulf Park Subdivision (up Gulf Park and right onto Venice Road), Left onto Sanders Road, right onto Dutchtown Raod to Webb School. You will continue straight on Dutchtown and turn left on Mabry Hood Rd. You will run up Mabry Hood to Sherrill Blvd. Turn left on Sherill Blvd. and run back to Dutchtown Road. You will turn right onto Dutchtown and run straight back to the church. 5k: You will start out at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church, turn right onto Dutchtown Road, and then immediately left onto Cedar Bluff Road. You will run to Gulf Park and turn right into the neighborhood. You will go through Gulf Park Subdivision (up Gulf Park and right onto Venice Road), Left onto Sanders Road, right onto Dutchtown Road to Webb School entrance and go back down Dutchtown to the church. 1-Mile Fun Run: You will do 1/2 mile down Dutchtown, turn around and come back to the church.

Packet Pick-up: Optional/Early packet pick-up/registration will be at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Race Day packet pick-up/registration (March 12) will be from 6:30 - 7:30 AM. 

Awards: Awards ceremony to be held around 9:00 AM at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church for the 5K and around 9:30 AM for the 10K. Awards to the overall male and female. Awards to the top female/male Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+), and age division awards are three deep. Age divisions will be 10 year increments (1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). Overall winners are not eligible for age division awards. Awards are based on chip time. Team award given to the team with the most participants.
