Description
Be a hero for the kids! Join us at the Maryville Greenbelt Amphitheater on Saturday, April 26, 2025 for our sixth annual Heroes for Hope 5K & Fun Run fundraiser. Let's join forces and get moving to raise awareness for child abuse prevention. All proceeds benefit New Hope Children's Advocacy Center.
Did you know that 1 in 10 children will be sexually abused before the age of 18? At New Hope, our mission is to restore hope to abused or traumatized children and their families in Blount County. We believe every child deserves a healthy, safe childhood.

NEW HOPE CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER
Heroes for Hope 5K & Fun Run benefits New Hope Children's Advocacy Center. New Hope is a child-focused, safe place in Blount County, TN for physically or sexually abused children and their families. The Center is designed to be a place where multiple agencies and professionals convene so the child recounts the details of his or her abuse only one time and in a way that is not retraumatizing. The team then works together to deliver vital services in one convenient place at no cost, ushering the child and family down the path of hope and healing. Learn more about Blount County's only Children's Advocacy Center at https://blountkids.org.
