Custom Cow Cupid Shuffle 4 and 8 hour Endurance Run

This is a 4 or 8 hour endurance event that will take place at the Warren County Middle School Track in McMinnville, Tn. This endurance event will be on a flat, paved track in which you can set a new PR in either pace or distance. Run / Walk as much as you want in your 4 or 8 hours and take a break when needed. 

This event will be chipped timed. 

Each participant will receive: 

A soft tech T shirt, a medal when crossing the finish line, chipped timing, fully stocked aid station, and a great SWAG bag. 

Awards will go out to the Top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in both the 4 hour and 8 hour event. 

There will be one fully stocked aid station at the start/finish line with plenty of typical race foods available all day and night (water, sports drink, pretzels, bananas,  PB&J, bars,  GU, and   Sundrop and Dr. Pepper drinks). You will have plenty of goodies to choose from. 

You can set up a canopy (Please limit this to 10x10) in the middle of the football field that you can visit every loop for a self- serve aid station.

We will also have an EMS on site with the normal first aid products.
