Description
Annual --Trail Run and Putnam Plunge!
Location: Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN. 38574 (36.11537 N, 85.18784 W)
Recreational 5K Run Start Time: 11:00 a.m. CST
Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 12:00 noon CST
Plunge Only (without run) starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only)
Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies & post race/plunge beanie included with the price of a ticket.
Please Note:
- Lake bottom is natural, shoes or water shoes are recommended.
- There will be an outdoor changing station available onsite (change of clothes post plunge and a warm blanket highly recommended).
- We will have a few tents with small heaters onsite to warm yourself post plunge also.
- EMS will be onsite.
