Veteran Community Camaraderie Ruck March is hosted by Operation Stand Down Tennessee and Memories of Honor, and proudly underwritten by the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
WHAT MAKES MUSIC CITY RUCK MARCH SO SPECIAL?

- About the Ruck March
- 2-Hour Time Trial - Military Style Ruck March Race
- Closed course.
- Every participant will be given a bib containing the name of a fallen service member to ruck in honor and memory of.
Each Ruck Participant Receives
- Fallen Hero Memorial Bib containing the name of a fallen service member.
- Commemorative event t-shirt.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- The course for this event is a short loop, structured as a time trial criterium.
- The loop will be around a mile to two miles long. The exact course and length are coming soon.
- You will do as many laps as possible within the two-hour time limit.
- There will be a staging area -- where you check in after each lap. This is where you will tag off to your teammate.
- You can also grab food and drinks and hang out while waiting for your teammate.
- You may bring your preferred nutrition, but we will also have a supply of water and snacks in the staging area. All items must be outside of your pack and in clear bags.
- Your team will be given a punch card – this is how we count completed laps.
- Everyone except the honorary is required to carry a min of 25 pounds in a pack or weighted vest.
Please register in the Honorary division if you would rather walk without any added weight or require a modified route.
EVENT DIVISIONS
Everyone is welcome to participate in all divisions, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. If you have difficulty with stairs or pushing a stroller, we have an alternate course available for you. Those using the alternative course will need to register for the Honorary division.

- Competitive 2-person Relay Team
- Competitive 4+ person Relay Team
- Honorary - No weight, lap card, or awards. All fun!

- 8:00 PM Ruck Finish

THINGS TO KNOW.
- Ruck will happen rain or shine, except if it’s lightning.
- Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
- Registration with a valid ID is required to enter.

All bags will be searched and then tagged before entering the Stadium
No animals are allowed on the premises or inside the stadium. ADA service animals are welcome.
No weapons are allowed on the premises.
2024 Ruck Route
The only staircase on the course this year is the one that leads down to the pitch and back up to the concourse!!

Please register before June 9th to guarantee you receive a t-shirt in your desired size. After this date, t-shirts will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis during packet pickup until supplies are depleted.
