Nashville Predators Fangtastic 5k presented by Planet Fitness

Due to increased rainfall from Hurricane Helene, and Flood and Wind Advisories issued by the National Weather Service through the morning hours, the Nashville Predators Fangtastic 5K will be switched to a virtual race. Unfortunately, this means the in-person race scheduled for Saturday, September 28th has been cancelled.  If you have any questions, please contact us at predators@nashvillepredators.com.

Show your Preds Pride and join us for the Fangtastic 5K presented by Planet Fitness on September 28, 2024! We're kicking off the 2024-25 season with a race around downtown Nashville. Enjoy a 3.1 mile walk or run beginning and ending at your favorite place - Bridgestone Arena - at 8 a.m. CT.  

We're proud to announce that a portion of the registration cost will automatically be contributed to the Nashville Predators Foundation. SMASHVILLE, it's time to lace up your shoes and get training! Let's go Preds!

We also encourage you to donate gently worn shoes on the morning of the race. Shoes will be donated to Soles4Souls.

For those unable to attend pre-race packet pickup on Thursday or Friday, you can pick up your packet on race morning starting at 7:00 am at our tent on the plaza at Bridgestone Arena. 

RACE DAY PARKING: 

Nearby parking garage options include Music City Center and Fifth + Broadway. For a full listing visit the Nashville Downtown website. Please be advised that 5th Avenue between Broadway and Demonbreun will be closed starting at 5:00 am with race streets closing at 8:00 am. 

RACE DETAILS:

The start and finish line will be on 5th Avenue between Broadway and Demonbreun just outside Bridgestone Arena. The race will start at 8:00 am and all runners will be given 1 hour to finish the course. Runners will line up according to their pace with the faster runners at the front of the pack allowing runners of all abilities to safely get into their race pace.
