Join us this Thanksgiving with friends and family to help raise money for Best Buddies an organization that helps create opportunities for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Get out and get moving to burn off some calories before you eat a feast with friends and family. Also if you sign up by November 20th you will receive a free t-shirt! Walk, run, bike, jog, swim, row a 5k and be sure to post a picture on your run for the chance to be entered to win a gift card to a long time Nashville tradition, Hattie B's.
