PACKET PICK UP INFORMATION:
This is a great way to get in a 5K or 10K before the BBQ's and fireworks ensue your day! We'll have a great run/walk passing the scenic views of the ever changing/growing downtown Nashville, TN streets!
Get those patriotic costumes ready and sign up early to save!
Bring the entire family! We welcome all ages and stages of runners/walkers. Don't leave the kids at home, bring them out to have some fun! They will have a blast in the family fun zone, and jogging strollers are permitted along this course. You are welcome to bring your four-legged family members, but PLEASE MAKE SURE that their paws are protected & you clean up after them. This entire course in on asphalt, and we want to make sure all participants safe!
There will be plenty of refreshments along the course. You will find water/gatorade stations at every mile!
Run Nash is proud to partner with Wear Blue for the Music City July 4th race.
Wear Blue is a non profit organization who runs in honor of our military and their families.
Bibs in addition to your racing bib will be available to dedicate your miles to a service member at packet pick up and race morning.
Please join Wear Blue for a circle of remembrance before the start of the race at 6:30am.
This scenic course starts in the heart of the Edgehill Community at E.S. Rose Park. Runners will make their way down the world-famous Music Row past the Música Statues and onto Demonbreun Street. They won’t stop until they pass the historic Cummins Station and turn the corner at the new Nashville Music City Center to make their way back to E.S. Rose Park.
For those running the 10k, they will enjoy taking 2 loops past these iconic landmarks! THERE IS AN HOUR & A HALF TIME LIMIT FOR THE 10K.
