We Are ONE- Knights 5k at 5
The We Are One race is one of the two fundraisers hosted by the Nolensville Athletic Committee to raise funds for various athletic programs at Nolensville High School. This is a 5K professionally chip timed event as well as a fun run for those who are not trying to post their best time. Over the last three years, funds raised from the event have been used towards purchasing track equipment including hurdles, high jump pit, shot puts, discs, and start blocks among other things. Additional funds have been earmarked to protect athletic assets via additional fencing, netting, field improvements and maintenance. We are ending our 8th year and entering our 9th year. The NAC works closely with school administration and athletic director to identify the needs among the athletic programs and ensure various sports have the required equipment and facilities to be competitive and grow.

We Are ONE- Kendall's K
(Race Specifically designed for children with disabilities)
We are so excited to be honoring Kendall Reichert at our 7th annual Kendall’s K on September 29, 2024 at Nolensville High school. Kendall was one month from graduating from Sunset Middle School when she suffered a seizure that her brain just couldn’t recover from. In her short 15 years with us she touched the lives of countless people with her quick wit and unforgettable smile. Kendall's K is a 1k race specifically for children with disabilities to run in honor of Kendall. Children are encouraged to run/walk/roll with a buddy. Buddies do not need to register and will sign a waiver at race check in. Only register children with disabilities for the Kendall's K. All runners will receive a finisher medal. Kendall's K participants registered by selected date will receive a race shirt.

Kendall Reichert
She could light up an entire room with her smile, her wit was second to none and she taught us how to love unconditionally and with our whole heart. Kendall was born with a hemangioma and was later diagnosed with PHACE syndrome. PHACE syndrome is an association between infantile hemangioma and possible malformation of eyes, heart, major arteries and brain. Kendall's heart was healthy and she loved big. She had a narrowed carotid artery and suffered from seizures. Her life was a testimonial to the power of love and strength of the human spirit. She is gone from this earth but lives on in spirit and in the lessons she taught us about resilience in the face of enormous medical challenges. She was not afraid of anything, she commanded a room with her entrance and soon all were laughing and enjoying her company. She had many extremely difficult days but that never stopped her from staying positive, loving others, and living her life her way. Kendall's life was about love.
