Tick Ridge Trek Trail Runs

Registration for the 10th and Final Tick Ridge Trek 5K/10K & 25K is open.  Come join us for a beautiful run through the hills of Southern Tennessee on Saturday February 11, 2023 at 8:00 AM.  

Entry fees for all three distances will be $40 until December 31, 2022, $50 from January 1st - race start. Active Team Rocket Tri Club members will receive a $5.00 discount during registration.  There will be no entry fee refunds or deferrals.  We have limited number of entries so don't delay.    

We will have a beautiful runnable course, great participants, volunteers , and delicious post-race food and beverages. The races are run on well-worn tractor trails through woods and pastures. These scenic and hilly runs will challenge the experienced trail runner and be a great run for the newer trail runner who may not be comfortable with some of the more technical trails. 

The race is held on private land just North of Elkton, Tennessee, a few miles from Interstate 65, Exit 6, an easy 60 minute drive from downtown Huntsville. All races start at 8:00 AM on Saturday, February 11th. The course will be well marked and have aid stations at Mile 3.5 of the 10k and miles 4.5, 7.5, 8.0 and 12.5 on the 25k. Complimentary post-race hot food and refreshments will be provided. 

Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female finishers and top 3 overall male and female masters (40 and over) finishers for each distance.  There is no time limit for the  5K or 10k races, but any 25k participants that reach the 8 mile aid station after 2 hours 40 minutes or 12.5 mile aid station after 4 hours (just under 20 minute mile average) will be transported back to the finish area.
