This Thanksgiving season, join Inspired Physiotherapy in supporting 931 Cares!
We're hosting our 2nd annual 5K to help raise funds for 931 Cares' annual community meal. Their mission is simple: they don't want to say "no" to anyone in Franklin County—or the surrounding areas—who wants or needs anything, especially a Thanksgiving meal.

A 1-mile fun run for everyone of any age, taking place before the 5K starts. Perfect for the whole family!
Making a Real Difference
In 2024 931 Cares served over 4,000 meals and last year, they provided over 6,600 meals to people in our community. This year, they're aiming to reach as many as they can—with each meal costing just $2.
931 Cares doesn't stop at a central location either. They deliver meals directly to homes to ensure everyone has the chance to share in Thanksgiving.

Turkey Trot 5K and Drumstick Dash
Date: Thanksgiving Day – November 26, 2025
Location: Winchester Swimplex
Address: 251 Old Estill Springs Rd, Winchester, TN 37398
Parking
- Parking available at the Swimplex.
- Overflow parking available around the city park.
- Please arrive early to allow time to park and walk to the start area.
Check-In & Packet Pickup
- Check-In Opens: 7:00 AM
- Check-In Closes: 7:45 AM
- Packet Pickup Location: Winchester Swimplex
- Please bring your email confirmation or a photo ID.
Race Start
- 5K Start Time: 8:00 AM
- DrumStick Dash Start Time: 7:30 AM (No timing system)
- All runners and walkers should be at the start line 5–10 minutes before the race begins.
Start Line Etiquette
- If you're planning to fly like a fast turkey and chase a new PR, gobble your way toward the front of the start line.
- If you're here to trot, stroll, or enjoy a relaxed Thanksgiving 5K, please fluff your feathers toward the back of the flock so everyone can enjoy the race safely and comfortably.
Course Details
- Course map is available on the website with a link to MAP MY RUN as well as a PDF version.
- Water Station: 1 water station will be available half way through the race.
- Strollers and walkers are welcome; please line up toward the back for safety.
- Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly, remain on a leash and with their owner at all times.
Finish Line
- Water and snacks provided at the finish area.
- Medals will be presented at the finish line.
- Shirts (for those registered before November 10th) will be included in packet pickup.
- 1st place winners of men and women will receive a specialThanksgiving Treat!
Photos & Results
- Race photos will be posted after the event on facebook with a tag on the 931 Cares facebook page
- Finish times/results will be available at Run Sign Up.
Weather Policy
The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. Any updates or delays will be announced on the Inspired PT Winchester Facebook page and via email.
All proceeds directly support local families through 931 Cares' mission.
