Sandbag Carry Station Weight
- Men’s Sandbag: 60 lbs

The TOUGH Elk workout is designed to simulate the physical and mental demands of a true backcountry elk hunt. Participants will move through a challenging course built by the MTNTOUGH training team, testing grit, strength, and endurance under load.
The workout will include:
- Walking Pack Lunges
- Pack Squat Unders
- Burpees
- Box Step Overs
- Pack Zercher Squats
- Sandbag Carry
- Weighted Ruck
We will release the final workout details and a complete movement demonstration video on the evening before the event so you can arrive prepared and ready to perform.
