What to Bring / Expect

Please plan to wear athletic attire for the entire event.

You will not need a pack for the workout itself, but if you plan to join the Free Ruck up the College "M," we encourage you to bring one. GORUCK will have sandbags available on site—recommended loads are 30 lbs for females and 40–60 lbs for males.

There is no water available at the "M," so please bring a water bottle. During the workout, water will be provided, and MTN OPS will be on site with hydration support. Light snacks will also be provided.

For families, we will have a bouncy house available for kids. Please note that we will not have childcare available, so plan accordingly.

Weather in Montana can vary—sun, wind, or rain—so please come prepared with sunscreen, layers, and a light jacket.

Restrooms will be available on site; however, please note that showers will not be provided.
