Tuvalu Marathon

Join us as we run the first ever official marathon on the atoll of Tuvalu in the South Pacific Ocean.   Enjoy a vacation in the world’s least visited country. Population as of 2021 was 11,204.  Tuvalu became the 189th member of the United Nations in September 2000. Race headquarters will be the Filamona Hotel located next to the Funafuti International Airport.  The course will consist of multiple loops around the airport runway. There are nonstop flights 3 times a week from Suva, Fiji, to Funafuti, Tuvalu.
