In light of the Coronavirus the City has elected to cancel the AH09 5K event scheduled for April 4, 2020.
Join us on April 4th as we kickoff the 4th Annual AH09 5K A Great Place to Walk/Run here in the beautiful City of Alamo Heights. This will be a timed course but all participants have the option to run or walk.
Remember to register early to secure your “swag” which includes a dri-fit t-shirt, water bottle, collapsible metal straw and finisher’s medal! The event will also include Fitness Fun activities for the kids.
To help kick-off 2020 Fiesta the City is also offering the opportunity to purchase our 2020 City of Alamo Heights Fiesta Medal for an additional $5 with your 5K registration. These medals will not be for sale any other time and are usually just available to Alamo Heights residents. One medal per participant. (Click on the "STORE" tab to purchase your 2020 Fiesta Medal).

· Family/Team of 5 or more - $20 person – a $5 discount per person

Thursday, April 2nd – Packet Pick-Up – City Hall – 6116 Broadway, Alamo Heights, Tx 78209 2 p.m.to 7 p.m.
Friday, April 3rd – Packet Pick-Up – City Hall – 6116 Broadway, Alamo Heights, Tx 78209 Noon to 5 p.m.
Saturday, April 4th – Race Day - Packet Pick-up (7:00 a.m.) and the start/finish line will be at City Hall Parking Lot 6116 Broadway. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m.

It might not seem like a challenging route but do not let it fool you...it is very "hilly". There will be directional signs and volunteers to make sure that you are aware of the route before getting to the next turn.
We had a blast! It gets better every year! Cannot wait for this year's 5K!
